Chronic pain
I've been on Doluxetine for nerve pain after having stroke in December 2024, but so far pain is sometimes unbearable. Primary care physician suggested Tylenol 8hr Arthritis. How else can pain be managed?

Hi ! I have never tried Doluxetine, but was on Gabapentine. Gabapentine didn't work for me, but if you are not getting relief from Doluxetine, Gabapentine is worth trying.
Tylenol Arthritis is worth trying. Personally, I love it. It kills arthritis pain and the wierd thing is that I also get relief from my shoulder and neck pain. I also take Cyclobenzine 15 mg with the Tylenol. It works for me. If you take it at bedtime, it helps me to sleep.
Low dose marijuana gummies are also worth a try. It really works, but I stopped because I was constantly hungry and didn't like the way it made feel.
Good Luck ! If you dont mind replying, I am interested when you find what works for you!
Tylenol arthritis 8 hours is a Hod sent. But I do notice after a few days I feel really sick to my stomach. Just be careful
I've been taking a high dose of Gabapentin for a few years now to dull the pain in my feet, along with ALA(alpha lipoic acid). The pain is always there, but it's mostly bearable.
