Yes! Get the grounding mattress pad from Amazon. Absolutely love it has a silky feel on top. Get better results if you sleep no pjs! I have also stared oxygen therapy made a difference. I also went off all my supplements for inflammation and that has helped me. I am on 4mg with Kevzara. Feel so much better

I have many autoimmune issues with SLE. Also Afib. due to valve irregularities. Probably PMR too. I've been grounding for the last few years. Where I live, it is too cold most of the year for natural grounding, so I use the Earthing Institutes mats. I have one in my bed and one in my office. I think it has been very helpful in keeping all of my symptoms at mild. It just feels good and right. No risks. ( except what I've just learned here about the blood thinner issue ) I take apixaban, so I will ask my cardio next time I see him.
Bottom line, it is natural and yes, that was a really good documentary!

I would like to see the documentary. Can you give the name or a link?

Hello. Sure, it has been watched 27 million times. I believe you can see it on Youtube or Facebook or here:

Green noise. This sound helps you to sleep restfully.

Check it out on YouTube. Just search “green noise”.

Coincidentally, I have just been reading about this and decided to risk the $50 purchase on a little mat to give it a try! I have peripheral neuropathy as well, so I find it uncomfortable to walk around barefoot - so opted for the technology. I will update the group after trying it out.

I just bought one yesterday. I don’t know what company is “better” so I went with Ground Luxe. They had a 10% off offer. I bought the mat to see if this grounding was a real thing! Started small before any big expenditure.

I bought the sheet and I have been sleeping better - much better! But I also am doing magnesium glycinate and LDN, so I don't know if it's one thing or the combo. I will say it's fabulous to sleep! It's so foundational.

Would you be so kind as to post an update on your experience with the "little mat"? Thanks
