I cut back the dosage steadily for two weeks. My libido has always been there, but orgasms came back like fireworks as soon as I was off the Zymbalta. I haven’t replaced it with anything else as when I am anxious or depressed, I exercise. I rather have orgasms!

Jim, thank you so profoundly for your experience. I fear leaving Cymbalta
would have consequences for me. However, based on your experience, I at
least, ought to talk with my psychiatrist. I would love to have an increase
in my libido and feel the beauty of orgasms again.. Thanks, Glenn.
