How were you diagnosed with MGUS without the BMB? I am new to this. I have a small spike of IgM Kappa (like you). It appears that my docs are going down the road to rule out or in amyloidosis presently. I have not had a BMB or fat pad biopsy. I am so confused. I thought this had to be done in order to diagnose as MGUS or SWM or WM or amyloidosis.
