I have had PD since 2017. I thought I didn’t have tremorsbut wwas told that I had. Internal tremors that may not be visible, for example, muscles trembling, eye movements. Some people with PD don’t have tremors. There are lots of different symptoms. Lots of them are internal. Dopamine is key for many bodily functions. Many can be affected. Also symptoms can change depending on where you are with your meds, what and when you eat, and what you have been doing.

I have mostly internal tremors, too. It surprises me how many symptoms I have that effect my muscles. I will have slight hand tremors later in the day, when I am tired.
