Too low of BP can be dangerous…
When I was in the hospital after my heart attack, my blood pressure at one point dropped down into the 70s, Now that I’m home, I monitor it every day, A few times it dropped down into the upper 80s, which is too low. What I do is lay down try to elevate my legs above my heart and drink plenty of liquids and keep an eye on it to make sure it’s going up.
I tend to run with a low blood pressure normally that ranges around 117 but since I’m still recovering from my heart attack if my blood pressure is above 100 I’m happy

Being at home you are naturally more relaxed ,which sometimes, for some people will lower your blood pressure . Check your blood pressure morning and evening ,that’s enough readings for your cardiologist to see next visit . My blood pressure runs low at times . I haven’t had a heart attack but I do have problems , Afib is one . Your doctor will decide if that’s too low for your BP . Control your stress and exercise as your doctor advised. Peace ✌️
