Many have tried obtaining RMC-6236 for compassionate use. It is a drug not yet FDA approved and the developer is not providing it compassionate use. I know of several that inquired and supply is limited and needed for trial participants. I can imagine the company has been overwhelmed with requests but they are not able to fulfill those requests and ensure trial participants have adequate supply.
