I take B12 injections every two weeks. It makes a huge difference.

From my experience if B12 BLOOD level goes up more than 2000 units,
It has shown to cause tremors like PARKINSONS.
So be careful regarding it.
I am a PHYSICAL THERAPIST by profession.
I have seen it many clients of mine .
Plz consult your family physician.
