Heals1225… When you increased back to 10 did you arbitrarily choose 10 or did you attempt any lesser dosage between the 10 and 3?

Yes, my rheumatologist had me go from 2 mg to 4 mg with no relief, then went to 10 for total relief and stayed there for a month and a half. Then began tapering 1mg/month. Now at 5, and will next do .5 mg tapering per month. Hoping the slower and longer tapering approach does the job this time. 🤞
