I've been dealing with PN a few years longer than you. And yes I've tried almost everything. My second TENS unit seems to be helping reduce (not eliminate) my foot pain. About as much as my Pregabalin (Lyrica) so it helps. Purchased a norelie RedRevide Therapy wand. Different strokes for different folks. Just keep trying things and don't give up. Stay away from chiropractors.

I've done it all. Sanexas twice, a very expensive program with a chiro, laser, massage, all kinds of topical, diet, complaining to my spouse, I feel about 70% better. I'm not spending anymore on silly treatments. Do have a red light. Keep trying but not paying anymore for treatment.
