Hello! What do people use for severe hemmorrhoids? I can usually manage with prep H but this is not doing the trick. Help please!

My doctor has prescribed Anusol suppositories. It has hydrocortisone in it. Seems to work well.

I ended up having a hemorrhoidectomy. I was scared to death because I heard how painful it is. But my colo-rectal surgeon used Exparel, which is a long acting local anesthetic. Recovery was uncomfortable but not horrifically painful. Find a surgeon that uses it.

Did you have internal or external hemorrhoids?

Reticarev Advanced is very good. You have to buy the ADVANCED because it has more lidocaine.
