I do not understand. Is your vaginal pain due to atrophy and vaginal dryness associated with menopause?

The pain is from atrophy due to menopause. I have tried the moisturizers with Hydronic Acid, which I had very negative reactions too. I’m really sensitive to medications post COVID.
I was fine until one day I went for a run and things haven’t been the same down there. Is this how it happens just all the sudden? From the other posts I can see I’m not alone in this, but how do I deal with this?
