Sending you angels! I’m in Phoenix right now, under going my evaluation - last day is tomorrow and I’ll have all the results in my final appt with the hematologist - and I’m supposed to get a good indication of where they’re leaning for the decision. My MELD score is 16 (liver transplant, and for a 61 yr old cirrhotic, I’m apparently in pretty good shape. Which means I may not be listed. But they’ve found some anomalies that need testing - which won’t be complete by tomorrow, so I may not be presented to the transplant committee for a few more weeks. I’ve fretted and worried after every test, manually monitored and analyzed the results that are coming in - making myself frantic with worry and driving my sister crazy. Then I remember - the Spirit always provides. There’s nothing we can do to speed it along - and you will be in excellent, caring, hands. Best wishes, and I’m sure everything will land where it should. I look forward to hearing about your week … I’ll start posting about it next week - sending positive energy.
