Why does my head hurt so much?

I have really bad allergies and I have been experiencing headaches from them for 2 months now. This is the first year that my allergies have been this bad and Flonase and Claritin barely do anything. I thought my headaches would start to go away by now, since it is June, but they haven’t. I have been experiencing headaches almost every day, as well as neck pain, sinus congestion, eye pain, dizziness and costochondritis from all of this. I have been to the doctor several times as well. First they gave me antibiotics for a sinus infection. They worked for a few days, but then the symptoms came right back. I went back and they said it was probably just allergies. My headaches got a little better a week ago, but then came right back again. I have been experiencing headaches all day and feel tight pressure all around my sinuses and head. I was wondering if anyone has any ideas to try and help with my symptoms? I have an appointment with an ENT in a month or so and a follow up physician appointment. I have been told so far whole wheat locally sourced bread could help? I also thought about acupuncture. I am very worried because I hope these headaches aren’t something else more serious like a tumor, or that they don’t become chronic. I also hope I get a bit better soon.
