That sounds like torment. so sorry! and I'm hoping that by now you've recovered? This is a pre-diagnosis for my brother-in-law, who is being kept back in the ICU due to Dressler's-type symptoms after a quintuple bypass. (Previous to this, he had no heart disease symptoms at all--the need for bypass surgery was determined after a routine heart checkup.)
