I started at 1.5mg and found that after experimenting for 6 months, 2mg is as much as I can tolerate. Mayo does have some sort of research on Low Dose Naltrexone and my recollection is that they say more work needs to be done on dosage.

@firstvisit I have to take it in the a.m., not the night like most. Do you know which Mayo is doing that research? Probably Rochester.
I also see that Mayo now has doctors who treat fibromyalgia & chronic fatigue. I have both. I am hopeful that eventually I can see the dr in Phoenix Mayo for the fatigue. So far nothing helps with that part.
