You must have not gotten my first comment.
Aneurysms, arteries and our entire vascular system are affected by substances that cause inflammation - vasculitis. Cigarettes fall in this category and some studies state processed foods are problematic.
Both smoking and processed foods cause more harm
( inflammation) than nutritional value.
So anything that you consume that has a negative effect would need to be met with extra nutrition to negate the adverse reaction.
I would think anything that causes inflammation would weaken the arteries and allow the aneurysm to get larger
