@livinlife12, While waiting to hear back from your doctor, the best thing for you to do right now is to continue ‘livin’ life’ as you’ve been! You’re obviously trying to be proactive with your health through working out at the gym and stopping smoking.

It’s not unusual to start feeling like an invalid or depressed when there’s a nebulous diagnosis hanging out in front of us or even recently diagnosed. Fear of the unknown is powerful. We fill our minds with all sorts of ‘what if’ stories, the bulk of which are unfounded. But what if everything turns out just fine??! So much valuable time was wasted, spent in anxiety mode.

Focus on eating a healthy diet, stay hydrated, exercise and enjoying your normal activities. Bodies are meant to heal! If something is amiss then you’ll face it, deal with it and get back to livin’ life! I love that @name, by the way!
