I have had two bone marrow biopsies and for me I hey weren’t bad at all. They deadened the area around where the needle was inserted and was told I would feel a little pressure during the procedure which I did. I felt no pain at all. Some people on here make it sound like it was terrible but it was not for me. So stay positive and you will be fine. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma a couple years ago and my journey has been a little rough at times. I did 16 weeks of chemo which made me very weak but am starting to get my strength back. I think it could have been a lot worse. I do not dwell on it, I live my life just as I did before my diagnosis but just take it a little slower. Worrying all the time will make you miserable. Hope all goes well for you.

Diagnosed MM Jan '25- like your positive attitude... I've been pretty positive from the beginning- it's one day at a time. 🙏🏻😊
