I, too am looking for confirmation ref serrapeptase and myelofibrosis. I took a nice product for a while which I found at a very good price (relatively). Now I have just contacted my medical herbalist because I have found the following comparisons with pure serrapeptase. It does sound as if it ought to be beneficial, doesn't it!

Confusing is the word. Around 2009, radiation treatments for throat cancer left a friend's wife with a feeding tube because of scar tissue. He called Arthur Andrews Medical to ask if their Neprinol product would reduce the scarring - don't recall if another of their products was used. After following their recommendations for months no improvement was experienced. She stopped using the product.
