Anyone in Clinical trial for MEK Inhibitor IMM-1-104. NCT05585320?

Posted by sandyk62 @sandyk62, May 9 9:19am

Has anyone participated or currently participating in this clinical trial? Everything I have found looks promising. I’m considering participating in this study. The good thing is you get chemo and the trial pill. This is not a random or blind study. Any information anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you,

I see in this article that the FDA has given fast track designation to IMM-1-104 for use as a therapeutic option in patients with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) who have progressed on 1 line of treatment.

I will be at Mayo Rochester next week for all my pre-screening appts. Mayo had recommended this trial, it will be a 1st line treatment since I now have a few liver lesions since my whipple last September. So if all goes well next week I will start this clinical trial in a couple of weeks at Mayo.
Thank you for the follow up informational links.

My husband is enrolled with NextOncology, we are new to this, same drugs so assume same trial? Just started last week, side effects minimal so far, which is great.

I’m heading to SCRI in Nashville, TN for all the pre-testing for the IMM-1-104 tomorrow and Tuesday. I will sign my consent form tomorrow. I had all this testing done once with Mayo, but after the testing was completed Mayo didn’t have a slot available for me. So now I’m going to Nashville, TN for the trial. Nashville has confirmed that they do have a spot for me. Yay!!!
Where is your husband doing his clinical trial at? Has he had any side effects?
I pray you and your husband have a positive outcome with this trial. I know it is hard but try to keep a positive attitude and try to keep doing activities that bring you joy. I find that it has really helped me and my family.
