Sounds in my head like ocean n sand moving back n forth

I've been having a ocean n sand sound in my head when I walk, I'm taking ferrous sulfurate 325 mg half a pill a day it's getting bad day by day why is this happening

Have you been to an ear, nose and throat specialist for evaluation and testing? Have you had your blood pressure checked?

Are you saying you are taking an iron supplement? Why are you taking this? Do you take any other medications or supplements?

1. Call your PCP and let them know. Has this just started since you began taking the iron supplement?
2. Why are you taking it
3. What other medications are you on---could there be an interaction
Start with your own PCP and see what he/she recommends. You will start going around in circles if you stat seeing a multitude of Drs for the same thing! Not sure I understand an ocean and sound phenomena.
