The dizziness, and forgetfulness make it impossible. Anyone else?

Thank you for reading my post. I really appreciate it. Unfortunately I wish my results would come out as negative but something always shows up. I been alone with this now entering my 5th year. No one lets me talk about it. So it is a good feeling to get a reply. Thank you.

Same here. When you cannot drive, it is sometimes hard not to notice the number of times other people go in and out during the day or week.

I agree and also the loss of independence and my stubbornness to ask for help.

I was hospitalized with Covid for 3 months and almost died. It’s been or going on 5 years and now I started falling and I can’t drive until I see a neurologist. I was already given a life sentence that Covid gave me a fatal condition not terminal. I try to stay healthy but something always happens. I’m sorry I’m new and I don’t know if you wanted to hear this. I feel alone in this.

Elisa, I am sorry to hear of your condition. If you don't mind me asking- why is it fatal? Do you have organ damage? I am glad you decided to reach out.

I can not drive until into the afternoon as I have brain fog. I have to make afternoon appointments. Having to go to the dentist or doctor is stressful, so in afternoons I feel better to have appointments.

It gave me pulmonary fibrosis which there is no cure. A lung transplant but I know I don’t want or will qualify. I’m sorry I am going to discontinue with the Mayo Clinic support because I find it difficult to understand and being hospitalized twice in February and May has slowed my brain down. All I know it’s lonely where I live and can’t talk to anyone regarding my experience. I just don’t know how to cancel this. I believe I’m just going to be in the way of all the members.

Elisa, you would not be in the way. I am hoping you will seek and find a support group to support you. I don't know if there is a way to cancel or a way to delete your entries, so you will not get responses.
