I'm on my third time banding but for some reason this time I all the sudden started with chest pain and headaches every day. Also palpitations that get worse when I lay down. I've never had heart problems and don't have any in my family. But this has been a very worrisome after affect of banding. I haven't been back for my follow up yet but I feel like something went wrong. I need answers. Just another scary symptom of cirrhosis. Honestly I'm getting tired.

I’ve only had banding done 3 times in over five years, but each time I had pressure in the chest, pain when attempting to roll over in bed, or push myself from sitting to standing. I also had a racing heart. Also had trouble swallowing for over a week. I’ve had ongoing headaches for about a year, and don’t necessarily associate them with just banding, but everything.
I hope this helps - it is exhausting all that we’re dealing with - so fortunate that we can.
