What's your experience with Ozempic or Saxenda for weight loss?

Was over for dinner at a friend’s house last week and he was talking about having tried Ozempic because he needs to lose weight. He lost no weight on it, and it did not make him lose his appetite. He was very frustrated.

Five weeks on the .25 dose and I’ve actually gained a pound. Very frustrating. I know someone who lost weight immediately. I do not understand. My appetite has barely diminished if at all.
