Can you please clarify…? Is it one pill that has both oregano oil and Blackseed oil in it? Or are you just talking about the Blackseed oil?

Yes absolutely each gel cap has oregano oil and black seed oil in it. You don't need to buy 2 different ones they come with both in each gel cap. You only take 2 a day! Hope this helps! Good luck!
