Phrases like "EDUCATE YOURSELF" or "as you are obviously unaware" can come across as aggressive and belittling, especially to someone in a vulnerable place, even if that's not at all the poster's intention (and I believe the poster's intentions were all good in this case).

We just need to make sure we're not SHOUTING our support at each-other. 😉
