Hello I found for me a natural way that works was oil of oregano and black seed oil it comes in a soft gel cap taking 2 a day has worked wonders for me. It's made by micro ingredients i found on amazon. I don't know if your looking for something natural but this is what helps me. Wishing you the best!

Thank you. I will try it. Do you have the quantities of the oregano and the black seed oil? For me it’s usually better to take separate supplements if they are new.

Can you please clarify…? Is it one pill that has both oregano oil and Blackseed oil in it? Or are you just talking about the Blackseed oil?
