Any information om using CAR-T cell techniques to treat myelofibrosis
I read about using CAR-T cell techniques to treat myelofibrosis. The link to the information I saw is on the Blood Cancer UK website (The discussion board won't let me post the link).
Does anyone have any more information?

Welcome to Connect, @tomatoes CAR-T (Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell) therapy is primarily used for certain types of blood cancers, such as leukemia and lymphoma. While there’s ongoing testing for other applications, including myeloproliferative disorders such as MF, it hasn’t been approved by the US FDA yet…
Since you’re a new member to the forum you’re not able to post links for a few days. But I think I found the CAR-T site you were talking about in the UK.

Reading through the article, using CAR-T for MF is still in research phase in the UK too. But more and more diseases are being added to this growing field of stem cell modification and transplantation all the time. So fingers crossed myeloproliferative diseases are next!
Have you been diagnosed with myelofibrosis?
Thanks for the summary. Yes I have Primary Myelofibrosis. I was diagnosed a year ago.
