Hi There! How much honey do you take in a day and when? UMF 18 MGO 693 from New Zealand. Would this be good? Does it soothe your throat as well?

Hi nancy101,
I normally do two teaspoons a day today. However, I would do three a day for your husband as he just received radiation/chemo treatments.

Also, Mojo mentioned that Costco has the Manuka honey online and was on sale for $50.00 which was regular price of $75.00 for the 20 UMF 850 MGO. I would jump on this one.
