No diagnosis or solution! Still dealing with it almost 2 years later. If you read a few of my replies above, there's a bit more info. Just living with it at this point. Definitely something nerve-related. The only newish thing is that every time I eat, the right side (side of nerve pain) of my nose runs. Doesn't matter what I eat - hot or cold, spicy, etc. Happens 90% of the time.
