Creaking in neck and shoulders

I’ve been having this creaking in my neck. It reminds me of a roller coaster when it’s going up the track. Weird sensation. Anyone else

I had the creaking and asked my primary. He explained that the different types of muscle fibers scrape on each other or something like that. In other words no worries mate. But yeah it does sound weird.

cracking in the neck and shoulders is largely fluid from inflammation....there may be a component of degenerative arthritis as well

the small neck facet joints and within the ball and socket joint of the shoulders
