I’m going to ask my cardiologist about betasistosterol. I was not happy with statins at all but suffered a year for a moderate decrease in lipids levels. Then when I quit all of it, my lipid levels dropped further over an 8 month level. Still, they wanted it under 200, so tried Repatha. Had a severe sinusitis situation, facial flushing, low back pain and injection site redness/bruising.
