changes in penis appearance
has anyone experienced a lot of thick fleshy penis shaft skin, a wide shaft, and the skin covering the glans, hanging down making it so difficult to stand and urinate ?

I have this issue and don’t know what to do about it.I’ve read that penile shrinkage is a possible side effect of RP
has anyone tried posting a picture ? now that there is an option in the reply box
I wanted to post a picture of the changes, now that it appears there is an option in the reply box, anyone try ?
Please don't ! There is absolutely no reason for that. This is public place and posting photos of genitals is really not necessary. If you wish to exchange photos with other "willing" members than do it via private e-mails.

In answer to the popular song gleefully sung by adolescent boys, I offer the following:
No, my balls do not hang low
They do not wobble to and fro
I cannot tie them in a knot, nor can I tie them in a bow
I cannot throw them over my shoulder as if I were a regimented soldier
In short, my balls do not hang low
Keep going! That was one of my favorites after I Wanna Hold Your Hand…🤣
ok sorry, I saw the " add photo/files in comment box and thought that was ok, many of us suffer from genital changes, and some of us would might like to see how good, or bad things compare, sorry for any problems or negative thoughts or assumptions
When the prostate is removed the surgeon must connect the bladder to the base of the penis and this results in a retracted penis.
According to my urologist, who has performed thousands of RP, this is not true. The urethra is cut at the base of the bladder where it enters the prostate gland and below the prostate where it exits. The bladder is mobile and "drops" to reconnect the urethra. The penile urethra is fairly immobile and is not pulled up to reconnect.
Men do report loss of length following surgery but for many men this is temporary. Some believe penile shrinkage with RP and ADT is secondary to loss of nocturnal (and otherwise) erections which results in atrophy of the cavernosa penile tissue (smooth muscle). Reports indicate this atrophy can be ameliorated by using oral daily meds (Cialis), penile pump and/or Trimix injections to stretch the penile tissue.
