With Tylenol pm, how long are you in bed before you go to sleep? Do you do anything else besides the Tylenol, eg listening to calming and relaxing music?

I'm in bed when I take it. Watching tv. And, when I feel the effects I just turn the TV down as low as I can or off. Depends on how active my mind is.
