I'm 67 and started taking a K2 M7 supplement in 10/22 when I was first diagnosed with osteoporosis of the spine and left hip. I had a repeat scan in 5/25 and improved my bone density in all measurements and had such a significant improvement in the left hip that I no longer have osteoporosis, but osteopenia in my hip. I also take collagen peptides every morning in my coffee. These are the only changes I have made. I have always been physically active and enjoy walking/hiking. I need to be better about strength training! I confess to being rather surprised! I was hoping to prevent further bone loss, Improving bone density at my age was an unexpected, but pleasant surprise!
