Hello, I understand you. I have also been suffering for 4 months.
My complaints don't seem to be the same, but they bother me a lot.
I am 68 y old woman. I have strange sudden silent half-hiccups like sudden short involuntary inhales 15-20 times throughout the day
My O2 is 96-97%
I've been yawning a lot lately.
I have consulted with a cardiologist, a pulmonologist, an ENT, and a lung x-ray. Nothing is found. The doctors look at me in surprise.
I don't know what to do and how to help myself.
Is there anyone else with similar complaints?

I would still check nerves, in your neck and back

Hi @drtankova, have you gotten blood work done, or a sleep study? Those might reveal something underlying. The urge to yawn even though your O2 is normal could mean there is a false sense of air hunger that your body is inducing, hence the involuntary inhales. That happens to me as well sometimes, especially as I'm waking up in the morning; my body will inhale involuntarily, and so I do breathing exercises and breath holds to compensate.

Was there anything in particular that you remember 4 months that could have contributed to the feeling starting for you?
