I have to agree regarding diet. As they say food is medicine. I made an appointment with a holistic medicine practitioner. Inflammation can complete such a key role from what I understand. That includes the nervous system. But it's not easy. It takes a lot of commitment. Especially if you're someone who loves to eat like me. But we have to try. Discipline. Good luck to you.
