When to accept permanent long covid?

My apologies if this isn't the right thread to post this on. Let me know if it is better suited somewhere else.

After so many tests that come back mostly normal, I am getting a little frustrated. All said and done, most of the docs I've seen have chalked the fatigue, brain fog and tremors up to LC/Post-COVID stuff. It does seem like most docs, around here at least, don't know exactly what to do and aim to just treat/manage the symptoms as best they can since a definitive cause can't be found. My Neuro even prescribed me Armodafinil for the brain fog and it worked great for me but the insomnia "rebound" was a real bugger so my using those may be limited. Having one decent day of mostly clear though was nice but not sure it's worth all that.

My big question at this point is this, has anyone tried or heard about results with the Ultimate Spike Detox supplements? It's probably just "snake oil" but at this point I am at least open to considering it.

Unfortunately, at this point there isn't much that can be done for Long-COVID. And with that , for the hundreds of thousands or millions who suffer with it, it is a serious problem. Don't give up hope. Stay within the limits of the energy you have. I'm hoping and wishing for each and every one of us that there will be a breakthrough, and soon. Right now, it's not here yet. And I hope each and every one can find a compassionate medical provider.
