Everyone’s chemical makeup is different. They are required to list all possible side affects. We were worried about taking Camzyos too but my husband had no dizziness or fainting. He did feel some shortness of breath even when resting but not bad and didn’t last long. I also agree with the people on here that encourage us to keep digging for information and going to a center of excellence. Hoping everyone a blessed day.

This is certainly something a member may try, however, any medication alterations or dosing changes should always be decided on and implemented alongside your medical provider as changing medication dosages can often come with their own set of side effects.

This does sound hard like @joanallione, did you have success with a lesser dosage of Camzyos or how have you tolerated the medication?
