I guess I'm just "a Born Skeptic". When I was 1st diagnosed (4 years ago) with A-Fib by a Physicians Assist. & put on strong Toxic Med.'s I said to myself: 'Any Pill that makes me feel Worse than the condition I'm taking it for CAN'T Be Helping', so I asked to be taken off ... & was told, "OH NO! Just Keep Taking it, sooner or later your body will Adjust." My reaction: "If It Doesn't KILL Me 1st" to which she Laughed ... That Same Day I was looking for a New Dr. 6 P.A.'s &/or Dr.'s later I finally found a Dr. in a Clinic 100 miles from my home, (their Cardio-Care Dept. is ranked with Mayo & Cleveland Clinics). He reviewed All my tests & print-outs, then said 'the previous Health Care Providers' had ordered Far More Tests than I Would have needed to diagnose a Very Mild A-Fib.' Interestingly he also Asked, "Did You Have Covid Vaccinations prior to this Diagnosis?" 'Yes' ... & he only nodded affirmatively. After referencing 3 of the tests I'd brought, He suggested: a single LOW Dose blood thinner Every-Other-Day. Then he said, "Your Chances of having a Stroke are between .06% & .04%. Obviously you live an active & healthy Life Style, your weight is Exactly where I would suggest. Continue this lifestyle & you should live a Long & Healthy life -Barring Any Accidents. I'd Like to see you again, I rarely get to see patients like you. Since that Appointment I've been feeling better & Better! It's Amazing what a little Positive Reinforcement to a Patients' "hunches & suspicions" can do! All Along I kept felling as if our Local Dr.'s were "Crying WOLF"!
