Yes, I too am weak when it comes to cigarettes. I started vaping and lowering the nicotine every month until I was down to zero and then quitting was so much easier.
It doesn’t change my anxiety level but I can talk myself thru it.
Also I gained 50 lbs that I can’t get off. Being female, that one hurts.
My vanity is also a personal problem of mine.
Good luck, you can do it!!!

I quit 5 yrs ago cold turkey but emotionally it stayed with me a long time. My love for the cancer sticks is gone. It like an addiction emotionally. Like a person who keeps going back to an abuser, or food or an alcoholic BUT WORSE. I was a member of weight watchers when I quit so lucky I did not gain any weight. I still struggle wth my food adiction today. quitting smoking was the hardest thing Ive ever done. and it was only by the GRACE OF GOD that I even did it. I prayed a lot..telling god I need his help, thaat I was weak
