I can sympathize. My dentist even remarked on the appearance of my hands when I was explaining I had to find al alternative to flossing my teeth!

As for the walker, have you considered an upright walker, often known as an "up walker" or "rollator" - many of my friends with mobility issues use them - it improves posture and you actually maneuver the walker with your entire upper body, with forearms resting on cushions. The only gripping required is to brake. Two of my 80+ friends actually walk a mile each morning on fairly flat terrain using theirs - something they could never do with a traditional walker.

I can’t use the string floss either. So I use Oral-B Gum Care floss picks shred resistant too. So much easier.

I did purchase an upright rollator as well. It has a nice seat. The arm rests are great too.

@sueinmn thanks for the picture. I do have a rollator, and I will check this one out.

For my teeth, I have found the, GUM. Comfort Slide Flosser Pickers ard the best way to floss. I can clean under the gums too. The hygienist couldn’t believe I had no buildup.
