Anyone wake feeling exhausted after seemingly dreaming all night

I did a sleep study and they said I have idiopathic hypersomnia. My brain doesn’t sleep when I am sleeping. I don’t dream but I’m always tired.

I have the same issue. It has been several years and I have not found any medication that helps. I am so tired of being tired, the brain fog, the sleep drunkenness. HELP
