This study doesn't convince me that I should rush into TTH. It doesn't address how soon after stopping ADT can someone undergo TTH, nor Age or cardiac or overall metabolic health of the person.
I will wait at least 6 months possibly up to a year (same length as my treatment)!

I wouldn't rush into anything. I posted it because the formerly accepted wisdom was that TRT didn't cause cancer but it could aggravate prostate cancer. Even my TRT provider suggested I stop TRT when my PSA exceeded 5. This study says that formerly accepted wisdom is incorrect. TRT for anyone with low T has no effect on prostate cancer or the growth thereof.
