Over the last 3 years my CT’s have shown granulomas, ground glass, a nodule and latest tree in bud nodules and in each incident my pulmonologist said they ere a result of infection but I had not been sick. I do not understand

You may want to research more about this result. Do you have any symptoms? What is the reason you have had CT scans over the last 3 years? Were you diagnosed in with anything and are you receiving any treatments/medications?
