Ever make a disability claim based on being on ADT?

ADT was part of my longer-term disability claim, but it also included my spinal injury and the fact that my cancer is at stage 4, so I don't know if ADT alone would have swung it (plus, guidelines may be different in the U.S.).

After a year, when I was able to work half time, I let the insurance company know and dropped to just 50% disability.

If you have had a recurrence of prostate cancer after treatment, you are automatically eligible for disability payments from SSA. Google their Compassionate Allowance program. As to your private insurance - I have no idea, but if you qualify for SSA’s disability program, maybe that automatically qualifies you for the private insurance.
