I don’t personally have experience with them but I would definitely follow up with a pulmonologist to see if further testing is needed. I have had radiologists miss things and not call out everything noted in the imaging in the report. I have also had doctors not read the report or look at the imaging and tell me what was noted. I have found things myself and followed up myself (for example, I had an incidental finding of a nodule on my thyroid and no one told me about it…I found it on the report when paying my bill).

Over the last 3 years my CT’s have shown granulomas, ground glass, a nodule and latest tree in bud nodules and in each incident my pulmonologist said they ere a result of infection but I had not been sick. I do not understand

How true! One should read the report. Doctors don't always read the report and usually don't point out other incidental findings.
