Heavy Everyday Dull Headache, Plus The 2nd Headache That Comes Along.

My head feels heavy everyday. If I bend over forward, it feels heavy and when I sit back, it's like my head is moving in motion, like my head hasn't caught up with my body. When I look down then look up, it's like my head hasn't caught up with looking up.

With this, I don't take any medicine. If a sinus headache comes, I feel it in my gums. Other times I feel the headache under my eye brow. This 2nd headache goes away, but the full/fluid/dizzy/in motion feeling is always there.

In 2021, I had an ear infection and that's when all of this started. I have pulsating tinnitus and hearing loss in my right ear. I've had MRIs, scans, a spinal tap, and many tests but no real answers. I also go to a neurologist, but my headaches haven't stopped.
