i had quite a few lymph nodes removed and now have a problem with lymphoedema, particularly under arm pit and across ribs ,any tips to help ? i do massage and wear compression bandage at times on arm . with thanks

I'm sorry that you're going through this. I had lymph nodes removed in my right arm only so I can feel the difference between my left and right. The only suggestion I have is massage the lymph node up and in - towards the center of your body. I, also, stretch my arm quite a bit. I hold it straight up and then different angles to help the blood flow. I know it's not much but this helps me. Wishing you the best. 🌺
